Do you provide a written contract?

Yes. Once you decide to book your date with CWP, you'll receive a contract which will be signed by both parties.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. Each venue and client contracted with CWP is covered under our $1,000,000 liabililty insurance policy.

How long have you been in business?

CWP has been in business since 2000. It all started out of DJ Chuck Walls’ passion for music, and was a hobby performed for intimate gatherings, birthdays, mixers, and weddings. In 2003, DJ Chuck relocated to Atlanta, GA and the business has received ongoing support ever since.

What type of equipment do you use?

Professional equipment and brands are used for every event.

How many playing hours are included?

Pricing includes 4 hours for all events. Additional time can be requested for a small amount. See the pricing page for details.

How much is the deposit and how can I pay?

The deposit amount is $100. The balance is due on the event date. Credit/Debit Card payments can be made on this website via PayPal. Also, checks and money orders are accepted.

Is set up time and travel included?

There is no extra charge for set up or travel time. Your quote is based on the start time and end time of your event.

How early do you arrive to set up?  

The arrival time is at least one hour prior to the event start time. Some events, such as weddings may require more time for set up.

Is there an extra charge for additional hours?

All events are subject to an extra charge for additional hours, unless negotiated otherwise.

Do you provide a wedding reception planner? Is it available on-line?

We offer an Online Event Planner for all confirmed clients. You’ll receive your own username and password. The planner allows you to add instructions, provide directions, select songs, and make special requests.

What do you wear?

Professionalism is something we emphasize. Therefore, we always dress appropriately for the occasion. Clients should be sure to specify the expected attire for all events.

Do you do the announcements? Are you the Emcee?

Unless the client has a designated announcer/emcee, we perform this service at no extra charge.

Are you open to requests? From us? From the guests? 

We are open to requests from clients and their guests. We consult with the client about the type of music desired as well.

How large is your music collection and is it varied?  

The CWP music database contains literally thousands of songs. If there is a song that we don’t have, we’ll get it for you at no charge.

Are you the DJ who will be at the event?

Yes. An assistant is brought along for most events at no extra charge to the client.

Do you bring back up equipment?  

Yes. If for some reason, there is an equipment failure, a back up system is on standby to keep the event going without a long down time.
